Unable to find character

Forgive me if I'm not doing this right , I am unable to find my character. Character name is xGauntx (on Woodman).

I've heard of this today on some other characters.. must be something going on with the search functionality in the API. We will look into it.

Thanks Hamma , I don;t know if its connected or not but I get the same problem with the planetside2.com players , cant find my character data there either,

Thanks but its all good , don't worry about it , the whole thing is pretty frustrating so I give up , I have the same problem on the "players beta" section of the main planetside2.com website where I cant find the character or any character data. Have posted on the forum there a couple times and havent recieved a response from any admin type people which says to me they arent very interested. So thanks for taking the time to reply to my post but no need to follow up any further.

The players site gets data from the same place so if it doesn't work there it won't work here. :D
