Ouch! I hurt my foot 2day

I was wrestling with a 240 pound friend in highschool, and he did this judo move on me, and knocked me on my ass, then he fell down on my ankle! ouch! :( It really hurts too, I cant walk, im stuck in my computer chair, and I have to crawl to the bathroom and pull myself up onto the toilet to go to the bathroom, :(
