Seems like a lot of Beta and tech test relics, although who's to say they won't be bringing them back at some stage.
Galaxy AMS for example, although if brought back, should be platoon only.

I saw that prowler quad cannon and the heavy gun on the vanguard earlier. I'm wondering what the deal is with those. They look... OP.

I love this info! Below, I made a few additions to some of the descriptions to what I see fits them best.
INFANTRY
Infiltrator
Ability Slots:
Reinforced Camouflage - Probably reincforced armor while cloaking.
Suit Slots:
Melee Booster - Most likely boosted melee damage.
Explosive Ordinance Disposal HUD - Most likely shows AI and AT mines and such.
Deployed Object Evasion - Maybe it shows turrets and such?
Adrenaline Converter - My guess would be that it allows you to charge your ability fast either by sprinting or by making you not able to sprint but able to recharge at 50% fast rate (max).
Tool Slots:
Command Uplink Device - Uploads targeting coordinates to an orbiting weapons platform capable of firing a highly destructive particle beam
Grenade Equipment:
IFF Grenade - A grenade capable of detecting enemy troops within a radius, including infiltrators
Light Assault-

Cloak doesn't last long at all, and they want it drain faster for complete invisibility that we should already have? At least make it so that cloak is fully invis if you are only walking or standing.

Not so sure, completely invisible is a whole different ball game. You only need a second or two to leave your enemy lost and get a jump on him again.

Not so sure, completely invisible is a whole different ball game. You only need a second or two to leave your enemy lost and get a jump on him again.
Like I said though, if its as fast as the nano armor it wont be that bad, plus im sure it will have a pretty long charge up again just like the nano armor. If it doesnt then I can see it being a bit OP, Because if you 'blink' like that over and over again your fuel will run out faster then you can recharge. With all the good shotgun wielders out there Im sure you will be dead faster then you can recloak.

I don't think there is much you can read into the test VR, you can still get all the old airframes and tank performance upgrades on there as well, like "hill climbing" or "roll", so obviously on the test server a lot of old crap still exists.
What kind of worries me is that there is a new Liberator weapon on there that appears to be an anti-infantry Tankbuster. I mean... really? I'm a huge fan of the tankbuster, because there is something really satisfying about figuring out a clever way to get close enough to use it, but I'm also not at all sure why the Liberator needs more anti-infantry firepower.

Thats not a flamethrower. Thats a blowtorch. And right now Im saying they are kind of messing up by not giving us some big fat flames with the flamethrower. Really this thing might just be an industrial sized hair dryer.

I doubt the particles are in properly as I saw someone using them on the range and the heat shimmer effects are there but no actual flames. Also the sound is alittle bugged so blow torch or not it's on the test server for.. you know.. testing and refinement; i.e not finished product.

I would like to make note here that none of the factions have chainguns except for the TR. Meaning that these 3 weapons are most likely going to be faction specific.

That's interesting, if true. Faction-specific weapons on NS vehicles isn't something we've seen before, but could be fun IMO.
I'd love to see some kind of energy-cannon on the Lightning, for example, or mount a PPA on a Sundy or Flash.

^ Ahmagawhd this. That would be a great way to do it, with minimal art. You only would need say the mountings and a little work on the camo for them.
Would make for some really interesting customization and a great quickish feature.
