Its been like this forever and it really bugs me to be honest.

I want to sport my Veteran decal as well as my purchased body armor...

Does anyone know if this is getting fixed soon? or if they even know about the issue?

Cheers

I'm going to assume they know about the issue, but have not heard anything official as to a fix.
Sorry mate, I'm just as disappointed as you. I can't display my dice either.

It's nothing short of pathetic... and the fact they've done nothing about it is not unexpected.

Dude, we still got the white flashing screen from beta and the freeze game on spawning in another region!
Yeah, it is a bug, it must be fix, but in the last patch they didn't fix any, just introduced a new one, you must reequip all your defensive equipament on all your vehicles load out everytime you visit the VR training!

Well, I would rate this a priority 3 out of 10 on the need to fix. Its one of those things where if they find the time, the should fix it.

I genuinely don't think this is a "bug". I think this is just a badly thought out design decision. I think SOE knew it would cover the decals, but just didn't think it was a big deal.

I think we can probably file this in the "will never be fixed" file.

I agree with you about it not being a bug, I could see that they created the composite armour but never added the decal layers to it
It'll end up being one of those MISC fixes at the bottom of a GU sometime and everyone with comp armour will go "Oh look decals, neat"
very low priority for sure but not never. ;)
