I'm not sure if anyone is aware of it, but I have noticed that there are many less territories than there were pre-lattice system. The problem is, these territories are dispersing the same amount of resources pre-lattice, which means that it's about half of what you would get with the hex system (relating to if each faction had 1 bio lab, amp station, and tech plant). I find this really irritating because I took my certs and filled up the entire acquisition timer, and I go to pull another mossy, AND I HAVE NO RESOURCES! It'd be nice if they fixed this. Especially since (when I was on) VS had fully capped amerish and esamir, which makes going to another continent completely in-viable unless I am playing VS.

Well, I'd say it is now that resources are doing what they were supposed to do.... there might be a decent reason to buff vehicles a bit now.

Remember back in beta when Resources were Reds, Greens, and Blues instead of Air, infantry, and Vehicle? And you could actually cripple an empire by taking their Alloys (I think it was alloys anyway) Because Reds(?) were for Libs/MBTs while Greens(?) were for Lightnings and Mossies? As bad as that old system was, I still think it was vastly superior tactically than the curretn resource system is.

Actually it was Orange (Catalysts), Green (Polymers), and Yellow (Alloys).

And yeah, it was a slightly better system because even if you did deny an enemy a certain resource, they could still purchase something similar with another.

I think they should go with what they stated at one point in early development to be the system... base model of veh is free/cheap, upgraded modules/guns cost extra.

Then bring back implants so that if you're not play the air or veh game, you still have a reason to spend the resources that are currently mutually exclusive to your playstyle.
