Free market is competative and he who makes the best product and the most affordable cost wins, this does not mean the lowest bidder wins. Esspecially when working with exotic materials. Quality, Speed to Market, and Technology can cost you less than buying cheap labor in an unmotivated workforce who are making peanuts and don't care if they tightened that last bolt or not.
