Since it's "uincut", here's my feedback on the whole BoA thing:
You need 2 operators to make it look a little more tense. One should be eye in the sky and one should be on the ground amidst the troops. This will allow you to switch camera positions while staying on the same combat timeline.
You need to fly this thing with a joystick (as in xbox controller), imo. You do this very smoothely with your mouse, I admire that, but flaws are still visible.
Some music during the action would be really nice. Something along the lines of C&C Generals USA Music. And stuff like this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1JflduNUMlM) for less intense combat, and something like this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4CphuM0Gd78&list=PLD88B2A57D6009C6C) for action-packed videos.
Outro needs to be epic. As in both music genre and quality. I can only suggest a music cut (it's in the attachment). As for the other thing - you should glue together some bad-ass action and use it typically as your closing sequence (you can also use it as a teaser).
Other than that, the thing looks awesome.

Not possible with my setup without impacting quality.
Joystick doesn't make it run any better. It's impossible to do it without flaws due to the way the observer mode is configured. I've been giving my feedback however so it's been improving. We now have a way to at least slow down which we didn't have before.
The whole point is it's uncut - I'm not looking to put together a cinematic video. I want to take footage, paste it into the intro/closing and be done. ;)
Honestly I considered a closing sequence, but an opening sequence is already in there. People's attention spans don't usually last long enough to sit through a closing squence I'd have to spend a bunch of time on.
I also wanted to keep it PlanetSide as much as I could so I wouldn't have to think about copyrights etc etc etc. So I just use the Empire music for background sounds.
