I for one don't like the shotguns as a whole. They share just about every stat across the lists but reload times, spread, and pellet number. There's next to nothing that makes one shotgun stand out from another.

If you don't have a PA then you're almost hurting yourself. I got the Mauler because its description made it sound like it had a tighter spread then the rest. Well it has a spread of 3, the same as most other shotguns even the old PAs. That feels wrong to me to have shotguns with more pellets to have the same spread as those with less.

My opinion would to make the old PAs have a spread of 3.25 and/or give the Mauler S6, Thanatos, and FA1 Barrage spreads of 2.75. Give shotgun users proper choke options. If it needs a cost of less raw damage (like the Mattocks) or lowered ammo pools then so be it. Range is key in a game like PS2.

I don´t think this weapon needs a review, you can use the same review of the first one before the damage nerf.
Yes, it got a little bit more spreed them the original pump action one, but field testing tells me it is irrelevant.
