I remember this happening quite frequently when the servers were first merged and there was a ton of lag. I was in a repair Sunderer and the points earned per tick were not occurring and then I would receive an odd lump sum of points.

SOE works in mysterious ways.... maybe due to the lag it sums it up in one big lump of certs later?:huh:

you probably ruined that guys night as well as his streak, you should feel bad he was a TR :(

This kind of lag seems to happen with bullets too. Get shot at, miss those packets. Get the next lot of packets with the bullet data from 2 packets.. bam ohk with a carbine. SOE needs to fix the tick rate.

You got 1 cert. It seems like the number displayed was simply incorrect if you had really gotten that much XP you would have gotten a ton of certs as well.

Also, it wasn't your first kill, it was an assist.
