Haha nice, you got Wrel. Great review!Srsly, you check the kill feed? I wouldn't have noticed.
In fact, I was busy getting depressed about how this game works out. When fighting the Zerg it's less about skill than about how good your PC is.
When you want lots of certs, in the long run you can do 2 things: Pay SOE monthly for membership, or get an insanely good PC, which will result in better combat performance instantly.
Look at all the people missing him, being unable to aim and hit him in time before he kills them... or not even having the time to turn around after he hits them the first time!
No matter, the video itself is a great review! Really detailed look at the Pistols. Though like sniper rifles, they're a powerful tool reserved for those with the privilege of enough FPS to get a good resolution and draw distance, enough FPS to make more than a rough estimate of the path the target takes and at what speed, and THEN the ability to shoot accurately. It's roughly the same with this pistol because in CQC and at range you need to be quick with getting aiming, which is impossible at <30FPS, and hard with less than 40.

You didn't wonder why the last kill in the review was looping?

You didn't wonder why the last kill in the review was looping? I have a habit of scrolling down once the video starts ending, to start writing a comment. So I didn't actually see this.
Conclusion: I should fight on Indar more often and let myself be killed by awesome people.
Anyone finds me, I'm EvilNinjadude, just like here. Shoot fancy patterns around my feet if you see me.
Or do a /yell, I always listen to those and will readily agree to anything people propose, because using chat means that they are worth being respected and listened to.

I have a good PC but It's not insanely good by any means. I'm usually between 35-40 FPS.

Basically these are better versions of the NC pistols.
When do we get an NS version of the Repeater?

A good PC is of course an instant leap forward in combat performance but it isn't the be all end all. You won't reach your complete potential without a good PC but simply having a good PC doesn't make a scrub into a bad ass.
I would agree there are many things never having more than 30 FPS and sitting around 15 fps in large fights there are things you can't do and CQC combat is damn near impossible, and using these pistols where they shine. I would disagree with the sniping though. You just have to pass on some targets but with bad FPS sniping is one of the few things that you CAN do.

Sniping with low FPS? Huh. I guess it works for some people. I actually find CQC (With Shotguns) to be the MOST viable thing to do with low FPS since it absolves you of the difficulty of aiming (for the most part). I just go all Haymaker extended Magazine on them, and find myself getting a good number of kills per life.

I actually hate pump shotguns when I'm getting bad FPS. I think there is a misconception that shotguns = no aiming. If you can't aim with pump shotguns they are pretty ineffective. When I'm getting bad FPS I just pull tanks lol

Huge +1 to this. Doesn't have to be this way either.
Hopefully they're already working on ways to stop our CPUs from dealing with those players we're not even supposed to be seeing
Regarding the topic: I think the only real difference between these P2W handcannons is which one will be hurt the most by which nerf. The underboss won't ever get a ROF nerf so that only leaves an accuracy or DMG nerf which would then make it take more than 2-3 shots to kill anything. The Commissioner obviously needs an ROF nerf & wouldn't be effected much by a DMG nerf. It probably also needs a larger "sound" radar-hint Radius so that ppl using it show up even further away just like the compensator. The reload time on it is also pretty long already. Hmmm... Maybe a longer Equip time?

Yes, shotguns do take more skill than automatic weapons. Bad fps is the reason why these revolvers actually fail as pistols. They are ok, but default pistols are better because of it. If I was a try-hard player, I wouldn't use revolver until I had at least min fps of 60, preferably 120. (yeah, never gonna happen)
I liked the video, but I only purchased the 44 version of the weapon, for two reasons. 1. it looks cooler than the beamer (this sounds like somthing my kid plays with at home). 2. it has killing power up close ( I got one beamer kill and I shot myself ). I like the animation and its just fun to have, and I use it alot when running around towers trying to get head shots.

Personally, I find these better for lone-wolf snipers. I often run out of ammo pretty quickly if I don't have an engineer with me, and I then have no long-range weapon to continue using my awesome snipeing spot. This is where the revolver comes in. Out of sniper ammo? No problem, just use this awesome new revolver! Albeit I haven't used either one yet, I found the twitch video to be pretty much self-explanatory in this aspect.
