It will be released in NA first I think because of shipping reasons mainly and some other reasons

Shouldn't be to much of a time delay between NA and europe, after all they just have to localize the manuals.

Though there will be a delay between US and everywhere else release I recommend you order a US copy now; it will work on the UK servers (when they're ready) without problems.

I plan to play on the east coast server at launch then restart on the UK one when it's available.
