Personally I don't have an issue with this. If they offer it on the PS4 then that is more people playing and talking about Planetside 2. More than likely PS4 players will have different servers though.. because of the whole controller is inferior to keyboard and mouse thing (if you believe that or not.. not debating). They could also make it work with keyboard and mouse on PS4, but most people buy a console for controller game play and not keyboard mouse.

The game is F2P. They already have DCUO and FreeRealms on the PS3 so adding another F2P title makes business sense. Also Final Fantasy 14 RR is coming out sometime in the near future and could end up on PS4 as well since it is already being developed for PS3.

PC players have advantage over Xbox player that have advantage over play station players.
Concluded after several months of call of duty beta.
No way they will do that with planetside, they are not that dumb.
One great feature would be playing with your character in any server you want!
If you want to play on pc server with your character, ok, if you want to play in ps4 with control using your character on it would be awesome! Of course you can't play with it on both at the same time, but a universal database would be nice.
But of course I also think it will never happen, or it will happen 6 month after the release of the game, so ps4 players don't join a new game full of BR 100 players.

It's been proven on several occasions that a mouse is empirically superior to a controller in any competitive shooter. Whether the game was designed well or not really is irrelevant. PC players will have the advantage entirely regardless.
