Squad Beacon Problems!

So I found out last night that I have a bug in my gameplay. I have the squad beacon unlocked (it was one of the first things I unlocked) but I can't use it myself. Here, let me explain in better detail;

I can throw down the squad beacon and it activates, BUT only my squad memebrs can use it, I can't. It shows the countdown timer, but it goes from 2:30 down to 2:25 and then resets back to 2:30. What the hell is happening? Is anyone else getting this bug or is it just me? What's going on? Also, I don't quite know how long this has been going on because I only just last night tried to use it and discovered this problem.

I don't know, I don't think I've ever been able to properly spawn on a Beacon for months now...

Then that explains it. It's a ninja bug that the devs obviously don't know about. Hamma, you've got connections. Do you think you could put in a word for this?

When I group up with one of my buds, he can't use any spawn beacon. His or anyone elses. Been ongoing since the game began. Doesn't happen all the time though. Last weekend he was able to use it for the first time in months, so who knows. Perhaps the issue causing it is linked.

They know about it, people have been posting about it asking for a fix on the official forums for ages.
Not sure its a priority for them to fix atm.

Hate to play devil's advocate or similar stuff, but I gotta say I'm not having any problems spawning in on my squad's beacon. Is it limited to when you are the squad leader? I gotta try it. Worked fine last time I tried though.

A few weeks after launch I tried to spawn on my beacon and noticed I had a 10 day cooldown. After 10 days I was able to spawn on it normally. Weird stuff.
