View Full Version : Please add the classic decals to vehicles

I was so over joyed as was quite a lot of BRTD when we read/heard that the classic decals were making a come back.

The joy kinda ended when it turned out they were for Infantry only. Most of us wear composite armour so the decals are hidden underneath and there being lots of issues to sort out first with the game before a fix might be forth coming..

BRTD has used the flaming dice symbol since as long as I can remember back in the PS1.
I'm sure there's a few other veteran outfits out there that also wouldn't mind seeing there old decals made available again.

So whichever dev is in charge of doing decals for vehicles we really want to see some more of the classics added. Pwetty pwease with sugar on it

oh and when the comp armour + decal bug is fixed for the Infantry I'll be buying the flaming dice for my shoulder pads too :)

Agreed.
If for no other reason than because of decals looking rather terrible on infantry, in general. Decals only really look good on vehicles.

but i am sure i saw a very ugly mlg decal on a vehicle...

you are not saying the devs put shit like this on vehicles, but don´t do this for the classic decals? that would be hmmm more than wrong.

I don't care too much for nostalgic cosmetics tbh, custom made decals is where it's at.

The placement location of the decals on vehicles I think could use improvement with them scaled properly and moved to either the back or side of the turret chassis.

Some positioning/scaling options for the vehicle decals would also be a nice touch.

Would like outfits to have official decals we don't have to make our players purchase one at a time as well. Should probably be a specific cosmetic slot for this.

Just a check box in settings if you want to uswe the outfit decal or not and each outfit has to submit the logo to soe for approval before it becomes available.

a future idea for decals, agreed you couldn't have it unregulated as we were saying over on our forums there would just be penises everywhere :lol:
Just look at San Paro in APB.... I still shudder at some of the horrible stuff people put up on the bill boards and spray locations in that game. :(

did you see the latest vehicle decals they released, a sombrero & a flamenco dancer, I'm going to infer from this that the dev in charge of vehicle decals is of Latin decent, quite possibly a Mexican. So to be polite to my Amigo or Amiga, I've called up my knowledge of Spanish from my misspent youth to ask.
