View Full Version : unlocked wrong weapon FML... possible exchange?

I just unlocked mattocks for my max, but I bought the wrong arm. I wanted to get it for the right arm, but I accidently unlocked for the left arm. I just did it 2 min ago? Is there a way to return this and unlock the right one?
What should I do? I have been grinding certs for this weapon for a week. FML :((((((:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

You could put in a ticket where you ask very, very nicely and if you get lucky maybe a rep can help you out.

If that doesn't work, enjoy your new left arm!

in game on the menu on the bottom left i think,I got them to refund SC and I got to keep the one gun I didn't have when I made the same sort of mistake

It happened to me.
They will use your one time only refund.
You will keep the item and receive the SC back.
My suggestion is: keep the item, unlock a bundle or the golden pistol by mistake and open a ticket.
If I knew that I would have not used my one time only in a 500 sc item.

PS: I also think it is wrong to do that, but I also think it is wrong to don´t have a way to refund a item you didn´t use for more them 30 minutes, so it is your conscience to do what you think it is right based on your believes.

SOE customer are pretty cool about this stuff, they'll probably refund it if you promise to buy the other arm straight away, i had something similar iirc

They were good to me too in a similar case but they were very clear it was a one time only courtesy. I had no SC back but they swapped unintended gun for intended gun.

Yeah, just send in a ticket and ask nicely. I don't think they'll be all "LOLNOPE" with you. They'll probably understand the honest mistake.

I asked em if I could get my SC back for the Digital camo pack because the loyal soldier camo makes it obsolete, and they denied it...
