I for some odd reason find it fascinating to clip into things to see whats inside them and get shots of things we're not suppose to look at. At least now We'll be able to see faces without having to glitch into one another.

Yeah, the concept was cool. Then SOE gave us the royal treatment. I'd agree that any hat would look at little out of place. But one that is almost as tall and way wider than your head is especially funny looking.

I don't think the hats look strange at all on the battlefield, Every Military has Officers, some Officers are flashier then others. The Commissar Cap I notice absolutely attracts more snipers shooting me, in the middle of a platoon and 100 VS sniper shots whizz around me, couldn't target anyone else?!

Trench Coats to match the Commissar Cap would be awesome, but I imagine the devs would have problems making it happen with the long flowing great coat type deal without effecting the games FPS performance. Check Takealot Specials (https://www.especials.co.za/takealot/) and Woolworths Specials (https://www.especials.co.za/woolworths/). But maybe Officer Uniforms? like a service dress jacket?

I think it would look better with a full officer's uniform. It really matches the TR being a fascist state. I say they sell pieces of the uniform attainable at certain battle ranks, or as member exclusive purchases.

Hopefully they will release a camo that is the same shade of red.

That is currently the only thing that makes it still look out of place. I would also like to see some less armored, possibly dress uniforms for sale in the scash-shop at some point.

It doesn't need to be old nazi cape... they can create something new, futuristic, that is connected to the planetside 2 times. I mean it can look older than other things (as our 300 years old weapons...) but still not cape.

It shoudn't be problem as not many people can have it. It's just waving piece of cloth, what can go wrong? :)

Because snipers make them there #1 target.

I see where you are coming from and per say it's not a bad idea if this game only allowed low tec weapons. But as we have more advanced weapons then muskets it would in practices not be so.

What does that have to do with anything? Killing a platoon/squad leader is still better strategically then killing some one that is not.

Usually, at least. There's always exceptions in a game as large and varied as Planetside 2.
