Hehe, personally i think the anti vanu banner adds character to the site, being NC affiliated myself.

Your site looks cool, well organized and with lots of content. Only reservation I have is the color scheme. Obviously you want to use the Terran colors, which is fine, but the shade of red you have chosen really clashes with the light grey of the sidebar. The main section is fine, but the side bar would look better IMO if u darkened the grey, and made the section titles (Main, Members Links etc) less obvious and more subtle, since they don't really gel with the rest of the site design.

Other small points are that the site map drop down menu might look better below the anti vanu banner, so the banner is at the top of the main section, and the site map is at the same level as the Outfit News title.

Also worth considering is the amount of dead space between the side bar and the main text. This will mean less news items will fit on the one page, so consider shifting the main text left, but leave a small gap. Also, the vertical red line on the left of each news item looks great, but consider leaving a single space between the line and the text, so it doesnt seem so squashed. You have lots of space, u might as well use it.

Your title, banners and logo are very cool, and generally your site is easy to read and well designed.

I've kinda rambled here, so if something doesnt make sense or isnt clear tell me and ill try to clarify

I think you need to add a burning nc logo next to the burning vanu sign, yea, thats more like it.
