Stats not updating

It has not been update for...well I do not know, a long time!

Is this a known problem?
The "Planetside 2 Player site" (https://players.planetside2.com/#!/5428031585325175745) seems to work,
but not over here at Planetside Universe (http://www.planetside-universe.com/character-5428031585325175745.php).

As you can see there is alot of difference.
Is this something that could be fixed?

I guess you guys are working on this, but I've kind of got a similar problem. It's not that my stats aren't updating, it's that I can't even find my character. I can find two of my old alts that I've deleted, but not my main.

Apparently not working for everybody, I have logged in/out countless times and it still says "Last Data Save: 2013-03-14 01:27 AM" (:

Strange, it's probably related to the -beta api which we still need to update.

Yeah I can confirm this bug, we have quite a significant number of Outfit members whose stats are not up-to-date (in some cases for quite some time). Examples:

Would be nice to get this sorted out ASAP because it also affects our position on the Leaderboards :)

/e2: Outfitpoints.com seems to list everyone correctly, so I assume as programming noob that it is not a problem on SOE's end but probably has indeed something to do with the api thingie you mentioned Hamma.

For me the stats uptated perfectly yesterday. This was just after I had changed name on all the loadouts in the game.

Since I live in Sweden I use the letters å, ä and ö. So I changed every loadout in wich I had those letters. And about 1 hour after I had changed - the stats uptated.
So look if you guys have any foreign letters in the loadout names...

It may not have any effect, but who knows?

Stats started updating after last patch, and was fine until July 15th, where it stopped udpating

The issue is they are using /ps2/ on the official site API and we are still using ps2-beta which is what they launched with

Is the loadout bug a problem of ps2-beta or PSU? Cause it also happens for the German letters äüö

I did some testing and named some of my outloads "åäö" and when the outloads was named that, they did not uptade for two days (as long as they where named that).

I just changed name again to something without those letters - and the stats uptaded.

I will now try to name them "åäö" once again and let them have that name for three days, just to see if this can be confirmed.

So right now it say "Last Data Save: Today 08:43 PM"
I'll come back in three days and post when my last data was saved.

- Blues (Player ID 5428016459733588017) and PunPun (5428011263289178625) were members in our Outfit once, but have since left and are not part of our Outfit any longer. They are still listed as members here, over at Outfitpoints.com they are correctly not listed as part of our Outfit though.

So now I have had åäö as a loadout name for 6 days and the stats have not been updated. I am aware of that it was some sort of problems with the stats some days ago (thats why I did not reply on this subject), but it seems to update normal now(?).
At least my friends got their stats updated yesterday/today.

But not me!
If I change the name on the loadout I am almost 100% sure the stats will update for me as well.

Right now it still says: "Last Data Save: 2013-07-17 08:43 PM"
I will change the name of the loadout today
and se if the stats update :D

So can we confirm that foreign letters is a part of the problem?

(it took around 15 min for the stats to update after I changed the name)

Hi, just wanted to confirm that my stats also havent been updated since april 22. After some searching it is the "ps2" vs "ps2-beta" query problem:

It's going to take some time to update PSU to the new API location as the way data is presented changed. Gryphon will should be taking care of it soon.

My stats do update, but they're out of sync with the official stats page. Not sure if that's a global thing, or just for me.

So, my stats are showing a combination of Beta and current stats? So glad you guys are fixing it, because I'm working hard to get my 2.0 K/D and it's nice to know that it will be fixed soon on my stats sig.
