I havn't been able to find a good calculator for how much the damage debuff affects ZOE maxes, someone on reddit told me that ZOE + Kinetic means you have more HP than a stock max, which vastly contradicts my in-game experience.
My understanding is that 80% damage reduction from small arms, on a 2000hp max means you have 10,000 effective HP (50 BTK from Gauss Saw)
Max Kinetic means you have effectively 13,400 HP (85% Damage reduction, 67 BTK from Gauss Saw).
I can't remember the exact % that ZOE debuffs, it might be 30%, but I also have heard it is 35%, so I've had 3 values that cover a wide range - 35%, 30% (Assuming Kinetic with first assumption, or no kinetic with second assumption) and 25% (Assuming second assumption, with kinetic).
My formula is as follows
DMG x (1 - R) x EHP = 2000
DMG = Damage,
R = Resistance
EHP = Effective HP
Results in the following Effective HP values
(35% debuff, no kinetic) = 3636 HP or 2.75x more damage than stock
(30% Debuff, assuming kinetic + 35% or base 30% damage increase) = 4000 HP or 2.5x more damage than stock
(25% debuff, assuming kinetic + 30% damage increase) = 4.4k HP or 2.27x more damage than stock
There will be a slight margin of error in these, and I fully admit my mathematics could be wrong
I can sub in the two known values in the website and get the correct answer, but I am concerned as it seems to be ultra low HP for a zoe max, which is consistent with my experiences in game, but I am horrible at mathematics and could consider myself wrong.
This is the site I used for reference:

I ask you to check my maths, as I feel this could be wrong, although it is consistent with my in-game findings.
