Implants will give a small bonus for a limited amount of time, they plan on making Implants obtained randomly during gameplay.

I like the new ideas they have for the Implants, hopefully they will adjust some of the stronger ones like seeing explosives or emp/concussion grenade negation.

Well at least it sounds like they got the price of implants right now:) He didn't mention anything about BI's or MLG though (yet) which I found surprising.

Probably getting used to TZ change. I think it is 8 or 9 hours ahead of what he is normally used to.

I'd much rather implants be like PS1 where they're level bound. Lvl 15? Get an implant slot etc. I'm still not sold on how they want to do them, but it is MILES ahead of their original idea. I'd rather this than temp implant cash shop.

I mentioned it in a another post, but I'm happy optimization is front and center for the devs right now. Our AMD brothers really need some love.

One thing that have to be mindful about is farming and being able to obtain a large amount of implants that way. They need to carefully pick what kind of gameplay can award implants and/or change the drop rate for each type (Far lower for killing/destroying enemy targets, far higher for capturing a base with enemies in it etc.)

There will need to be a serious adjustment to the resource cost of mines if they implement an implant that will allow you to see them. As it is now, they're far too expensive for how effective they are and if they can be spotted easier, they won't be worth the cost or the time to set up.

I'd love to see some statistics for C4 compared to a Tank Mine. For 100 Infantry Resources, how many average kills does a unit of C4 get compared to each Tank Mine that is pulled for 75. 75 is seriously too expensive. Time to ask the Orcacle.

Many of the changes they had been talking about had me wary, but most of my fears have been put to rest, and I'm even a bit excited about some of these, including implants.
