Anyone else getting this pop up when they sign into the game today?

Its says at the top that it was last updated on November 20th 2012.
I've played a little bit since launch, would have agreed to it back then so wondering why its made another appearance now and hasn't changed.

Since these are old terms, hotfix must have unticked the acceptance flag for all of us.
