How do I spend my certification points?

In your Sanctuary, in the HART Building (the large building in the middle of each grouping of buildings), just inside the door across from the stairs there's a certification terminal; you walk up to it and press your use key; then you'll get a menu to use your certs.

Cert terms are also available in the basement of Biolabs, in the small room with a little head icon on your mini-map. it's just off the Control Center's lobby...

There are terminals(Resupply stations) like the ones that you get your weapons and gear from when you first respawn, they're half the size of a basic equipment terminal, they are in your allies sanctuaries home base, as well as bio labratories implant terminal area next to the Control Console area.

I'm going to write up a basic Planetside 1 beginers tips guide, so anyone who is new can read it and get into it a lot easier, it will be pretty much the basics to the game, the rest you will master yourself, so it's not to lengthy and so that it is simple to understand.

Naw, I just downloaded and logged in for kicks and giggles. Never played it, so I wanted to see what it was like.

There were maybe 4 people on. Total. It was really depressing, actually.
