Should you wait till game comes out.. or pre-order?

That's my point if you pre-order the worst case scenario is they don't have it in which you end up in the same situation as if you didn't pre-order.

Ask the store when they get it..........I know a friend who got the new gameboy preodered the gb, and he got it 2 days before the release date!!!

Problem with preorders is they generally have you make a deposit. If the day comes and they don't have it, many stores are will to let you walk drive over to the store who actually got the game on time, without your deposit.

So worst case is you're out you $10-$15 on the deposit if you really want it the day it comes out. Just make sure to ask about that scenario when you preorder and you should be good to go though.

i'm playing the beta for a week or 2 (if it ever starts) before i pre-order, if the game is good enough to pay monthly for it, then i'll go ahead and pre-order it from amazon

I've never had a problem with www.ebgames.com I've pre-ordered several games and have gotten them the day they were released.

Almost all of my orders online are from amazon. if i use that "free supersaver shipping" that they have, i get stuff 2 days after i order it, so if i pre-order planetside, it'll probly be here the day after it is released. i'd never trust myself to not pre-order it, the wal-mart i have here (only place that sells pc games) usually doesn't get stuff in fast, took them 2 months before they got in unreal 2
