We can just update this article:

And create a sticky with a link to the article. The only think that changes now I'd assume is the download location? Is everything else accurate?

I still have the setup .exe on my hard drive, but I'm worried about the legal troubles I might get into if I upload it. I don't know if it matters though.

I think you can still enter the link to get download. So the dedicated ones will download it. Just newish people might back off.
