I've put together a roughly 1 minute clip with 10 tips that you can use that will improve your infantry gameplay drastically! montage style!

If anyone has any other tips to add, please let me know! I'll make a part 2 if I get enough

So, 1, 2, 3, let's gogo!

Good tips.

Personally I found ....

vary between caution and running around like a mad thing, the trick being when to do one or the other. Experience helps.

Learn the bases as much as you can. Each base (or base types) tend to play out the same way most of the time so you can develop standard tactics.

When choosing a weapon take a look at the time to reload and the different times when 'out' or when you still have a few rounds left..... reload times are relatively long compared to fire rate.

When respawning, take a moment to look around before leaving the spawn, is there anyone camping, is one door better than the other, is going through the teleporter better.

If you hear the sound of a cloaker dodge and spin immediately, it is surprising how many kills you can get by listening for that sound.

Cool video.

I have one extra suggestion: Pick a role/vehicle/weapon you like, not because it is overpowered, or everyone else is using it.

Block everything/anything out (it means nothing) and choose what you're comfortable with.

I never use Max, Tanks, Liberators, ESF etc because it's not my playstyle or I didn't like their implementation, but i'm good at the ones that I picked:

Sunderer Spawn specialist
Base AV/AA Turret suppression fire
Foot engineer Tank/Max/Vehicle repair
Scout infiltrator (dart spammer)

In short, pick your personal favorite and specialize.
Or be a jack of all trades master of none.

edit:
PS: Check the amount of VS tears over the upcoming Orion nerf. They cherrypick the cheesiest infantry weapon and freak out that broken 0.75x ADS modifier will be standardized to 0.50x. What do I use? The standard NC Gauss Saw (since launch!). I doubt that will be nerfed.
