This is a pretty uneventful tale, so if you're expecting some sort of wacky excitement, you might avoid the following passage. If you continue to read, I CAN NOT return your 5 minutes of life back to you if you aren't entertained. So F' off.

So...

About 6 months ago, I was looking into possibly purchasing a new home, which I later decided was ludicrous since my current home is sufficient for someone of my age.

Anyway, somewhere during this time, I had a very weird dream. In my dream I found a VERY large house that was somehow in my price range, it was 5 or 6 bedrooms with 2 very large living areas and very high ceilings. The master bedroom was so large, it included it's own kitchen. I decided to buy this house with my girlfriend of all people, and shortly after it's purchase, we began to move-in. In typical fashion, she decided we shouldn't sleep in the same room, so she took the master bedroom and I took this really weird unfinished room above the garage. It still had plywood ceilings and floors, and the far side of this room were areas where they had finished putting the plywood floor down(just like most attics). It had a great view of the lake however and that's the main reason I chose this room. I moved all of my stuff into the room, but before we finished moving in we went on vacation, so for some unknown reason, I pushed all of the stuff I had unpacked into these holes where the floor hadn't been finished. That's all I remember from that dream....

Fastforward to last night, and here's where it get's REALLY weird. Sometime last night, this dream RESUMED on a perfect timeline. We returned from vacation and went to my old(current) home and there were all of these boxes piled up, and for a minute, I was like "WTF". Then somehow I remembered that we had purchased this new home. Next, we went to this new home, and EVERYTHING is exactly the way it was in my first dream. The master bedroom is the same, the 2nd living area is the same, and my unfinished room above the garage is the same. And even more odd, all of the stuff that I pushed into the unfinished area in my room is still in these holes!! What's worse, is I still had this unsettling feeling about this home(as if it was haunted or something) and the feeling that I should sleep inside the home, rather than in this weird room above the garage.

Now, I like everyone else has had the occasional weird dream, but never one that picks up months later on the same timeline that began during the first, and I'm kinda freaked out by how real it felt.

Has anyone else had an ultra-weird dream experience?

Aye, no worries, I've had re-occuring dreams.. in fact, there are people and places in my dreams that I never knew or saw in waking life that I got back to and visit once in a while.

In other words, I have whole worlds in my head, hehe. I've had dreams about all kinds of stuff. I dream I fly, I dream I can have other super-human powers. I've had dreams where I was in a war (this was when I was about 15.. before Gulf War, before this war), I was shot in the chest and I pressed on my jacket and the blood poured out, but I kept walking towards the enemy, firing.

In another dream I dreamed my father and I were fighting in the same unit when a bomb went off that was just filled with this liquid that sprayed a mist in a large radius. I was hit by this mist and immediately my skin began to turn blue. Then, I could see a blue liquid under my skin (the color of blue veins) as my skin became clear.. then it started peeling off.

I've had dreams of things that seemed like warnings about people or places. I had a dream once that a girl that I dated for three weeks was pregnant with my child. In the dream it was years later.. perhaps that was a warning saying that if I had stayed with her, she'd get pregnant. :) So.. don't worry about it.. you are not alone in this, hehe.

I have dreams where I see people I haven't seen in several years. I also have continuous dreams occasionally. But it's really weird to have a rerun, same dream over and over.
