Here's a little background from our host:
As for the issues, the problem is the gateway route that the datacenter uses.

We are burning through only 35-32 Mb/s, but pushing anywhere from 40k to 55k packets per second.

The only way they have ot fix that is to hook us to the border.
They can't justify the cost of the upgrade for an account as small as mine.
