Won't Be Posting... [Archive] - PlanetSide Universe

Sorry guys but I probably won't be posting for about 2 weeks or so. Maybe less or maybe more but I'm guessing 2 weeks. This is because unfortunately my dad was hit by a tree as he was cutting it down and it split and flew up and hit him in the face. Luckily I was able to find him and get him to my sister so she could drive him to the ER where he is right now. It looks pretty bad and I'm hoping it'll be ok. So I won't be posting because I'll have to be taking care of him and my mom is in Norway right now so it's only me and my sister. I would also like to ask if you could pray for him so he will get better.

Wow bad luck is lurking around these parts, i haven't posted in a while because Monday-Wednesday i was in Montreal attenting my Granpa's funeral. :(

Sorry to hear about your dad. Hope he gets better soon. :)

My prayers as well. Speedy recovery to your father. And Dio, for what it is worth, you have my sympathy for your family's loss. I only have one grandparent left and I miss my grandfather dearly.

Thanks, so far it's been ok. We try to keep the morale up by reminding ourselves he didn't suffer and he did live a very good and full life, he died at 85 so...

Thanks for all the support guys. I visited him this morning in the hospital and it looks pretty bad. Most of the bones in his face are broken and both of his eyes are so swollen he can barely see. However, the the doctor has said he will be ok and they'll be doing surgery soon so he'll come home in about a week or so. Again, thanks for all the kind words and prayers :)
