PSU Beta:
You only have to be 13 or older. Excellent.
...And a resident of the US. Damn!

The other game I beta'd for had the limit as 13, as well. You had to have your parents/guardian vouch for ya if you were under 18, but it wasn't that much of a problem.

And not that it really matters ANYWAY, because I won't be able to run the game until the massive upgrades I'm getting in early May. I can't even run the game, with my current comp.
