Me and my friend were talking about the benifits empires get when there arnt as many players in the empire. I think this is good, but a problem we found with it is just because a empire is down in players world wide doesnt mean they are ganna be down in indivisual battles and they could still outnumber a enemy in a battle so wouldnt that just help them overwhelm the enemy even more ??

But I think the idea is that on the average that the fights will be more fair. I don't think they are saying that ALL fights are going to be fair. That would be hopelessly impossible. :D

Also, the extra incentive of the bonus will help even out the numbers in the long run. Or at least they hope so...

winning a battle != winning a war. it's just an advantage. it doesn't determine outcomes.

yah i know its the best system ... i was just comin up with a little flaw .. and like big bro said its going to help even out things in the long run
