Incentive? Of course!

It's called "...or else."

TK the guy that isn't listening and then kick him out of your squad.

if they're a high ranked commander, i'll prolly do what they tell me to w/out question because they didn't get to be a high ranked commander w/out being good at commanding

Of course this whole 'incentive' need are for those squads without an outfit. I suggest joining an outfit ASAP.

Lol I'm prolly gonna feel sorry for those inexperienced commanders who are giving good orders that nobody listens to. I think it might be a bit difficult to start off gaining your CEPs. Lets hope it isn't.

As a commander you dont nessacarily need to give orders to gain ceps. If your the one who started the squad your a commander. YOu get ceps if your team hacks a base. I think ceps are spread over the platoon's squad commanders when any 1 of them hacks a base. It'll be easy to gain ceps

Commanders are gunna have to earn their respect, which may take a while. Take a group of guys that you know real well, and capture a few bases. Maybe other people will recognize that you are a good leader and follow your orders.

well, that and the fact that if you won't follow a squad leader's orders, don't join his squad/platoon. he or the others in that group won't want a insubordinate with them anyways.

There is alot of incentive starting off. however once someone has gotten to the top battle rank they will have lost that incentive since they can't benfit from more bep(experience). If your in a Squad you benefit from gaining experience from things others in your squad have done so being in a squad will allow you to acquire Bep much faster then someone without a squad. But why follow the leader? Because if you don't he kicks you out of the squad.
However anyone can make a squad so its still gonna be hard to encourage others to join your squad and not just make a squad themselves.

Oh, theres going to be plenty of incentive... One thing thats really going to motivate the assholes is my finger over the kick player button, the other will be my finger ready to pull the trigger on my minigun which I shoved into the face of the insubordinant. Hows that for motivation?
