Just how fast is a Lightning?

The general description says fairly fast, but that doesn't help much. Is it as fast as the buggies, or is its speed relative to the heavy tanks?

I'm not sure if anyone can answer this question - beta and all - but if you can, great.

its as fast as lightening... probauly a blend inbetween buggy and tank, maybe about as fast as the APC's in BF1942, thats my guess.

In some video I saw I think it was matching the speed of the NCs heavy buggy.

If your being sarcastic and are talking about a lightning bolt, well it should be traveling alot faster than 550 mph seeing as it's faster than sound waves moving through air.

As to why you would choose harrasser over the lightning, it's simple. It transporyts two people in Reinforced, lightning transports one person in agile.

well, the lighting wont be very good vs inf prob since it has no AI gun. Also, it wont be as maneuverable as the empire specific buggies, even if it is the same speed (speed and maneuverability are 2 very different things) (in the video, the nc buggy turns faster than the lightning) also, they would never make somehting w/o a reason, so dont worry about it.
