Spitfire Turrets

Could everyone please post as much information about the spitfire turrets as you have? I know the following

1. Only deployable from an ACE
2. Can Only be deployed inside friendly SOI

3. Easily destroyed

I'm pretty sure it's not friendly SOI only, but it is only eight deployable in a single SOI.

I believe you can only have 20 deployed, total. This from a recent screenshot.

I think that means that there is a total of 20 spitfires per person
but if you got a bunch of enginers you could have a heck-a lot of em

You can only have 8 per SOI that is true. so you can't have like 100000 guarding a base or something

Those are alarms. I never heard of the ability to put down alarm traps. I'll have to check around for that. Could come in handy.

Indeed, that's why I asked if that was the pic he was refering to, because that pic shows 20 max motion dectors, not spitfire turrets.

I'd assume the number of turrets you can have is probably around 8 turrets.

It's 20 for mines 10 for spitfire
