BR 20 + CR5 reward

I was just thinking about something. If a person say reaches BR 20 and CR 5 on all of his chars and then does something else (like donates $ or something really big) they get one character that has all of the certs. (This would take aprox 1.5 years to complete) I dont think that JUST BR20 and CR 5 is the requirement. This person has to do something huge! Like mabye leading half of the empire to conqure and lock down a continent.

yeah sure but how hard will that b 2 do?
Now to get br20 and cr5 on every char but how will the guys keeping track at this dude b able 2 c if he has done it all he has 2 do.
That will b hard as hell if u ask me.
