Well maybe it reloads automatically, a lot of games use that to keep you from shooting 2507525 bullets non stop. :)

Or maybe you have to reload it at a base like any other gun. (this would suck)

Yes they have limited ammo. Once when I went into the trunk of a mosquito there was ammo there.. im not sure what its purpose was because I didnt place it there.

Even if you run out of ammo you can still run over people which doesn't take all the fun out of it.

does every weapon have a different sort of ammo, or is the same type shared between a couple of different weapons, this would give an advantage to people using the same types of weapons, eg someone using a mag-scatter and a Jackhammer.

Im sure you can reload - the ammo i found was probably the ammo for the mosquito itself

I always died before i ran out of ammo.. haha

I hadn't considered limited vehicular ammo before, but I think I like the idea. Resource management is going to be a huge part of every battle, and armies will have to live on their stomaches, so to speak. It seems like Planetside is going to be quite challenging.

Sorry to bring up such an old topic but yes, now there won't be as much constant artillery barrage as there are in some other games.

Yeah but unless the mosquitoes and buggies come with 28954107 ammo that chaingun will be useless in a few secs. :(

The problem is, Mosquitos are common pool and therefore can't have |337 laser cannons because the TR and NC are too scared to use them.

BTW, is there any empire specific aircraft?
