As far as I know, there isn't a way to check your FPS in PS.
Indicators of FPS don't seem very common in MMOGs.

well just the "fps=frames per second" thing, half of 4rth grade know what that is.......hehheh, i knew it since 5th grade.....haha, i'm dumb..:p
*cough* /me walks out the door....
OMG! Are we not seeing FPS rates at levels the visible eye can't detect!? :scared:
It's a huge MMOG, I hope anyone who b*tches about FPS levels sticks with Counterstrike. Granted, the game needs a smooth feel to be effective but it seems a little ridiculous to bring this up so early.
There's nothing wrong with being concerned about your FPS. Even if you are running averages beyond the capability of the human eye, your minimums might still be dipping fairly low.

train your eye to manually read fps, thats what ive spent the last year and a half doing.

Go get fraps and run it in the background. while you do this your fps will be displayed on the top right corner of your screen. You don't need to turn it on or anything. Actaully recording when you're only getting 25, 30 frames will totally rape your resorces.

You can run a 3rd party program like "Fraps". It uses minimal sys resources and puts an icon in the top left/right corner
