East coast will probably get them sooner, on account of how nobody in California got them yet. They probably shipped the EC shipment on Friday. We'll see what happens towmarrow. Regardless, that's a serious issue to overlook.

West/Central USA, I promise I'll write up a summary of what happens in game if I get in first. Canada, you could be waiting a while, sorry. Give it a week.

This is just my summary, I don't claim it to be completely accurate, and I'm not being optimistic (If I felt I wasn't going to get it soon, I'd be bitching by now, that's who I am), it's just my view, just like everybody elses.

Not only is it easter weekend.. its the US Tax Day!!! (they say some 130 million individual forms are being mailed) so the USPS is going to be completely flooded with mail crossing the country.
