FPS wen u fly??

Will the FPS get lower wen you fly a aircraft...Wen I flyed in
WWII Online the FPS gott realy LOW and it was very hard to fly....Will it be like this wen u fly in PS??

BTW, "wen" is spelled When, :) and the FPS doesn't go down when u fly, unless ur in a skeeter and using the afterburners and flying into a group of MAXes on the ground, or in Hamma's case, a lake, MUAHAHAHHA
