Some mine Questions

I have a couple of questions about how mines work in this game.

1.) Are boomers invisible to you/your enemys?
2.) Can your own vehiles/MAXs set off the anti-armor mine?
3.) Does a stealther become visible while placing a mine?

mines will not be set off by your teamates. they show up with a little green circle around them. you can see enemy mines but nothing is highlighting them. they are just a small circle on the ground. i have tripped over a couple of them when i wasnt paying attention.

I... was capping a base in Esamir, I had set a squad waypoint at a tower, my squad was there, I was going to land in my skeeter to hack the tower, and... I landed on a mine..... I blew up, they laughed at me.... It was sad, WHOEVER LAYED THAT MINE I H A T E Y O U!!! BAH!

Thanks for the info. Does anybody know if a stealther becomes visible when placing a mine though?
