Wierd implant question

The surge implant works better and lasts longer the lighter your armor, correct? So it would work best with infiltration armor.

Anyways, my wierd question is:
If you were running at maximum possible speed in an infiltration suit with surge, and jumped off of a hill, would you get much 'air'? Travel significantly farther than a regular jump?

Anyways, I have a strange fascination with 'dukes of hazzard'-ing over things in an infiltration suit with surge...
Maybe the wraith would be better suited, eh?

all you need is a custom horn, a surge implant, and infiltration, and you can show the Duke boys who's boss! if you are lucky, you might just survive for a while after you get your massive air. at least until you hit the ground...

Damage taken from falls is a little excessive at times IMO, maybe its just to realistic for my taste :doh: Ill try to get some pics of me getting some air with a wraith if i get the chance, if you find a nice hill with some room to get speed it can be pretty cool.

if you are high enough, I think you can bail and take almost no dmg due to anti grav stuff kicking in....

I don't see why not.

Wraiths and Basilisks tend to blow up when you drive them off really large cliffs. Oddly enough though, I drove my Prowler off one huge cliff on Ishundar (south the base in the middle of the map) and it didn't take much damage, but of course, didn't get as much distance as a Basilisk would have.
