Smokejumper posted a thread on the beta forum stating that there was a bug which caused the Pulsar's damage to be lower than intended, and that a fix for this bug will be in thursday's patch. Good thing there's no NDA :D

Wonderful. I always thought the Pulsar was a wussy little gun. Glad to see it getting a boost.
