To fully crew a vehicle will all the occupants have to have the required certifications?

For example to crew a galaxy fully will you need 4 galaxy certified guys (1 pilot + 3 gunners) or is it simply the pilot who has to be certified...?

Same with a main battle tank or heavy buggy... would you need a certified person for each gun or would just 'any grunt who is wearing light enough armor to fit in the slot' apply as long as there was a certified driver...?

I hadn't seen anything specifically on this and was just curious if anyone knew how the addition crew positions worked as far as certifications. I think it would kinda suck to have to have 4 fully certified pilots to be able to fully man a transport...

I THINK that you will have to have a cert to man heavy vehicles such as prowlers and vanguards, but that chainguns and the heavy buggies won't force you to cert. Only hamma knows for sure.

Im assuming that only the driver/pilot will need a cert for the vehicle.

I pretty sure you dont need a cert for buggie guns or galaxy guns (I did gun once, its possible I had the cert - but its nothing specific ie, i did not see a "Galaxy Gunner" or "Tank Gunner" Cert). I am not sure on tanks

Maybe there isn't a specific gunner cert but is it possible that you need the cert for piloting the vehicle to gun in it?

Excellent. I dont plan on using a gunner though so it doens't matter. My ships will be used purely for ramming people. If you want to get in and enjoy the show by all means hop into the gunner seat.

I'm under the impression that ANY seat/part of the vehicle other than the pilot seat, will be available to ANYONE regardless of certs.
