Do you know what make/model your old Power Supply was? If so, I could probably tell you. 220 may be cutting it close, hard to say for sure w/o the specs.

If you find the specs on your current PSU, let us know.

Yes, get at least a 350W Power supply. It may not fit inside your eMachines box, so you may want to look at cases. I recommend going to newegg.com to check some out. If you want some recommendations, here's what I've seen.

Maxtop 350W P4 Ready Case (http://www.newegg.com/app/Showimage.asp?image=11-150-038-02.jpg/11-150-038-03.jpg/11-150-038-04.JPG/11-150-038-05.jpg/11-150-038-06.jpg/11-150-038-07.jpg/11-150-038-08.jpg) for $42 including shipping

Evercase Retail 350W P4 Ready Case (http://www.newegg.com/app/Showimage.asp?image=11-127-015-01.jpg/11-127-015-05.JPG/11-127-015-02.JPG/11-127-015-03.JPG/11-127-015-04.JPG) for $35 including shipping
