Forum Time setting is off

It just changed to an hour behind, new posts are ending up in the middle of threads.

Time setting is off again, it is 1:25 AM here but the forums say it is 11:25 PM, 2 hours behind.

Neither do I, however it affects the boards if posts are being made at the time of the time switch.
