Daylight Savings time

PSU is showing me times that are 1 hour behind.

I assume that it did not update for Daylight savings time.

I checked in my user CP that my time was set to EST properly.

Am I missing a button that turns daylight savings time on and off?

Server time just never changed. One of these days I will tweak it :p
