picurl under name (avatar)

Ya, I got a question. How do I get the dang picurl to work for a pic under my name, where it says recruit? My sig worked fine and all, but I can't this to work. HELP!:confused:

I think you need a few more posts before you can have an avatar.

I think you need somehting like 20-25 posts total.
