Deleting characters bug

Ok, I wann change from TR to NC, but when I say delete char on Citrine it crashes...anyone got a fix for this? I really need to switch, thanks for your help :)

nope there is no fix in tell dev team fix it all these bugs you see where all fixed but its a new server so there back and shit
