How many points you get when you log on to game or do you have to get xp to get some. Do you start game with 2.3 etc..... points when starting ?
And what are the max points you can have?
Is there a voice chat in this game ?

when you make a new guy you start with 4 they give you 3 certs and you are lvl 1 so you have 4 then :)
