Command Rank abilities

This has probably been beaten dead, but where can I find info on what the current abilities are for different command ranks?

Most specifically I am looking for CR2, so if you know the info offhand, don't hesitate to ask. Thanks.

There is no list right now, the reason I have not compiled one for PSU is, it seems allot of the abilities are up in the air still.

I can help a bit ok i saw a post about CRs back like 2 week ago it talk about the CR 1- 4. if that helps

Hamma, I completely understand that, however CR2 abilities seem pretty set. Could you tell me what abilities you get with it as the game stands now?

I almost have it and would like to know what I can use with it.
