a MAX.
because they're EVERYWHERE and they're impossible to kill.
If YOU'RE a MAX tho, then i'd say a Reaver.

I'd say if ur Vanu or NewGuys -------- DarkDragon is the hardest thing to attack!
Towers are a bitch to take!

For an infiltrator, a MAX is the hardest thing to attack indoors and a tank is the hardest thing to attack outdoors.

The ninja engineer.... you can't kill what you cant see! And if you come hunting for one... you will most likely step on a mine or have turrets popping up everwhere around you.
Whenever i play a non stealthed character (including max) i die 10x more than i do with an inf suit.
Reavers. Man, I hate reavers. I can lance them, but it takes both skill and luck--their head on profile allows a couple places for your shot to miss even if you are in a reasonable range. Past 3 shots, they're moving, and it takes about 8 shots to down them. To get a kill, they must be damaged since they can easily AFB away and repair up.
AMS and Tanks are certainly tough, but I think they are much easier to kill.

Id say the sanctuaries. coz u cant attack them... :D
No really there is no such thing... It all depends on what weapons u are using, and how good the enemy is at using his equipment.

Vanguards, holy crap I hate those damn things. Even with AV weapons they suck to take out.
